We are hiring Technical Chat Support Executives from Sangamner Maharashtra to provide real-time support to users of our software products. This role involves assisting customers via chat and email, resolving technical issues, and guiding them through software usage, installations, and renewals. 

The ideal candidate will be a fresher from Sangamner MH with a graduation in the software field, excellent written English skills, and a passion for solving problems in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Experience Level: Fresher (Graduates from a software background preferred)
Salary Range: ₹11,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Expected Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities as Chat Support Job in Sangamner:

• Provide prompt and clear chat and email support to address customer queries.
• Guide users on software installation, subscription renewal, and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior support or development teams.
• Create and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
