We are hiring Technical Chat Support Executives from Tarn Taran Punjab to provide real-time support to users of our software products. This role involves assisting customers via chat and email, resolving technical issues, and guiding them through software usage, installations, and renewals.
The ideal candidate will be a fresher from Tarn Taran PB with a graduation in the software field, excellent written English skills, and a passion for solving problems in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Salary Range: ₹11,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Expected Hours: 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities as Chat Support Job in Tarn Taran:
- Provide prompt and clear chat and email support to address customer queries.
- Guide users on software installation, subscription renewal, and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior support or development teams.
- Create and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Conduct manual software testing to identify and report bugs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Tarn Taran customer issues and resolutions.
- Configure basic firewall and security settings when needed.
- Offer remote assistance to users for software configuration and setup.
