• Ensure timely daily deposits and handle top delinquent cases.
• Conduct regular audits and legal recoveries, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to higher authorities.
• Manage and guide the collection team and external agencies to improve recovery efficiency.
• Ensure effective use of the RMS mobile application for tracking and reporting.
