We are hiring a Warranty Executive to manage and coordinate all warranty-related tasks for our Commercial Vehicle Workshop at Ghazipur. 

This role is perfect for someone experienced in Auto-Mobile DMS systems, automotive diagnostics, and documentation, with a keen eye for accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Education: Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1 – 3 years in automobile warranty handling

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty claims with proper documentation and follow-up
• Ensure compliance with OEM (manufacturer) warranty guidelines
• Coordinate with Ghazipur service and technical teams for inspections and approvals
• Handle internal communication with dealerships and systems
• Maintain daily warranty data using MS Excel and DMS
• Assist in audit processes and warranty cost control

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• From Ghazipur and Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
• Min 1 years’ experience in warranty handling at an automobile dealership (Commercial Vehicle experience preferred)
• Familiar with AutoMobile Dealer Management Software
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes
• Excellent communication, MS Excel, and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
