What you'll do
- Drive unsecured loan collections in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, including infinite bucket accounts, by setting daily and monthly recovery targets.
- Ensure timely daily deposits and handle top delinquent cases.
- Conduct regular audits and legal recoveries, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to higher authorities.
- Manage and guide the collection team and external agencies to improve recovery efficiency.
- Ensure effective use of the RMS mobile application for tracking and reporting.
What you'll need
- Experience: 2–5 years in unsecured loan collections in Chennai, with expertise in handling infinite bucket accounts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of legal processes related to loan recovery.
