What you'll do

  • Drive unsecured loan collections in Hyderabad, Telangana, including infinite bucket accounts, by setting daily and monthly recovery targets.
  • Ensure timely daily deposits and handle top delinquent cases.
  • Conduct regular audits and legal recoveries, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
  • Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to higher authorities.
  • Manage and guide the collection team and external agencies to improve recovery efficiency.
  • Ensure effective use of the RMS mobile application for tracking and reporting.

What you'll need

  • Experience: 2–5 years in unsecured loan collections in Hyderabad, with expertise in handling infinite bucket accounts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of legal processes related to loan recovery.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
