About the role
We are looking for friendly and energetic Shop Staff from New Delhi to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for candidates with 0–4 years of experience who enjoy assisting customers and driving sales in a retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist walk-in customers of New Delhi, understand their needs
- Promote and sell products through up-selling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle billing and assist in inventory updates when required
What you'll need
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field
- Basic knowledge of retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Locality knowledge of New Delhi, Delhi
- Energetic, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
