About the role
We are hiring Technical Chat Support Executives from Adoni, Andhra Pradesh to provide real-time support to users of our software products. This role involves assisting customers via chat and email, resolving technical issues, and guiding them through software usage, installations, and renewals.
The ideal candidate will be a fresher from Adoni, Andhra Pradesh with a graduation in the software field, excellent written English skills, and a passion for solving problems in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Expected Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: Fresher (Graduates from a software background preferred)

What you'll do
- Provide prompt and clear chat and email support to address customer queries.
- Guide users on software installation, subscription renewal, and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior support or development teams.
- Create and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Conduct manual software testing to identify and report bugs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Adoni customer issues and resolutions.
- Configure basic firewall and security settings when needed.
- Offer remote assistance to users for software configuration and setup.
What you'll need
- Graduation in a software or IT-related field (mandatory).
- Strong written communication skills in English (grammar-checked and professional).
- Basic understanding of software applications, computers, and internet troubleshooting.
- Quick learner with a customer-first attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations at once.
- Comfortable working night shifts and in a remote team environment.
