About the role
We are hiring a Warranty Executive to manage and coordinate all warranty-related tasks for our Commercial Vehicle Workshop at Jaipur.

What you'll do
- Manage warranty claims with proper documentation and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with OEM (manufacturer) warranty guidelines
- Coordinate with Jaipur service and technical teams for inspections and approvals
- Handle internal communication with dealerships and systems
- Maintain daily warranty data using MS Excel and DMS
- Assist in audit processes and warranty cost control
What you'll need
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
- From Jaipur and Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
- Min 1 years’ experience in warranty handling at an automobile dealership (Commercial Vehicle experience preferred)
- Familiar with AutoMobile Dealer Management Software
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes
- Excellent communication, MS Excel, and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
